Jabs completed the first of many small residential projects for my architectural practice, in Queens Park, London in 1990. It was an exceptional work and one that ensured that we have kept in touch over the intervening years completing a succession of projects.

We have contracted JABS to do a very difficult contract for residential refurbishment under JCT Minor Work during Christmas period. We do not believe that any other contractor would have put so much effort to ensure completion on time under most difficult space and time limitations. JABS worked throughout the contract period until Christmas Eve to make sure Practical Completion was achieved satisfactorily.
As contractors, JABS delivered under strict management of Mr Wajda and it is due to his skills of contract management and site control that success was achieved.
